Ordering Information
Whenever possible, we ask that you order online. If you are unable to place your order online, you may email or phone your order to us. Because of the nature of the business, we may not be able to take phone orders promptly. You may leave us a voice mail message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Security
Foremost Focal Beads uses a secure server to encrypt all of your personal and payment information.
Shipping
Generally, we ship orders out within 2 business days unless you choose rush shipping. Rush orders received after 3:00 p.m. (EST) will ship the next business day. We ship through the United States Postal Service. Shipping and handling are based on package weight and insurance costs. Rush shipping is available for $25.00 (Express Mail - 1 to 2 days delivery). Sorry, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
Payment
Foremost Focal Beads accepts VISA and MasterCard. We do not ship COD or on terms.

We respect your privacy. Any information we collect is strictly for the purpose of processing your order and adding you to our customer and email lists. Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns. Simply fill out the return form found with your order and include it with the returned item. All beads must be unaltered and returned in their original packaging. Foremost Focal Beads is not responsible for return postage. We suggest that you insure your returns for their full value.
Special Orders
Because virtually every focal bead is one-of-a-kind, we do not take special orders.
Wholesale Policy
If you are a jewelry artist and have a current sales tax license, email us for our wholesale policy.
Tax
A 6% sales tax is charged on all purchases within the state of Michigan.
Please Recycle!
We care about the environment. We re-use packaging materials and plastic bags whenever possible or we use environment-friendly packing material. Please help by re-using the plastic bag or box or by recycling packing material.
Check with your local package store - Many will be more than happy to take Styrofoam peanuts or bubble wrap off your hands so that it can be re-used. Some dry cleaners will have a receptacle to recycle plastic bags. Please check your local area for recycling opportunities and help us keep America beautiful. Thank you!
